Darcy is the office manager for the Business & Community Services (BCS) and the Institute for Decision Making (IDM). She provides secretarial and administrative assistance to the BCS Executive Director. Darcy also assists IDM staff & BCS umbrella organizations with the budget preparation, financial documents, compiling reports, and special projects. Darcy is at the center of BCS, working to keep everything in balance and everyone interconnected.

Before joining BCS and IDM, Darcy worked as the Secretary for Center for Educational Transformation Department at UNI for 3.5 years.
