IDM utilizes IMPLAN to recognize the economic impacts of business growth and investment for customized regions and industries. Each impact analysis in tailored to meet the needs of the developer or business and is delivered with an easy-to-understand format.
Kiley has utilized IDM’s research services for the GrapeTree Medical Staffing expansion project, a hotel and restaurant attraction project, a YMCA expansion and even a potential housing development.
Kiley’s strong business retention program has made the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation a partner with businesses like GrapeTree Medical Staffing.
When GrapeTree sought assistance with an expansion project, Kiley was their conduit to local economic development services, information and community incentives. With this support, GrapeTree has announced the acquisition and planned conversion of a nearby convention center into a new corporate office. The project, which will cost an estimated $12 million, will enable the company to add up to 200 new administrative jobs.
