When GrapeTree sought assistance with an expansion project, Kiley was their conduit to local economic development services, information and community incentives. With this support, GrapeTree has announced the acquisition and planned conversion of a nearby convention center into a new corporate office. The project, which will cost an estimated $12 million, will enable the company to add up to 200 new administrative jobs.
