Have you ever desired to live a more fulfilled, successful, and meaningful life? This month I sat down with Travis Lloyd, who promises his new podcast, Fostering Change in America...and the World!, will give the tools you need to do just that! The podcast, which will launch its official kickstarter on April 8th, is Travis’s newest project. Fostering Change in America promises to be the start of a movement to change the world.

But Travis, a former healthcare professional and motivational speaker, didn’t come by this success all on his own. When looking to convey his message into a movement, he turned to the folks at the UNI John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center to get his idea off the ground and running. “They took us in when all we had was an idea and helped us formulate that into a business that allowed me to be self-employed and do what I love,” says Travis of the JPEC team. The JPEC staff helped Travis to continue his trajectory of success. Now, Travis wants to use that success Kickstarter Images-16.jpgto help others with the Fostering Change in America podcast.

Travis’s connection with JPEC and UNI didn’t end there. When building his business, he turned to UNI students like Nicole Zeien and Josh Berendes, both interns on his team and current UNI students. “There is a culture at UNI that facilitates empowering students to do and be more,” says Travis, “That played a role in the mindset each student has”. Travis and his team hope for major success when they launch their kickstarter on April 8th. Go to to learn more about the Fostering Change in America...and the World!
